So, after my little boy starting reception class he has hardly had a day snot free! I was recommended this product by a medic friend who had done lots if research in this area. Never having took any forms of supplements myself I have always been sceptical and a little cautious in giving any too my children. But I have to say these appear to help. I use them when the sniffles start, not all the time and they do seem to shorten the length of illness. It's impossible to get a 4 year old to swallow the capsule so I split it and give it in mango juice - no problems!

It really seems to work. I was recommended this by someone. I start giving it as soon as my 18 month old is having first symptoms of cold ( sneezing, runny nose) and each time symptoms have disappeared with 2-3 days. It has happened already 4 times like this. I open the capsule for her and mix the powder with little water on the spoon. She doesn’t mind taking it. Previously once she had runny nose it would take minimum one week for her to get better. Even my husband told me that whatever I give to our daughter seems to work really well. I'm planning to buy also the ones for adults. Just to have them ready at home for these winter months.
