My item wasnt new
my product was dirty and obviously not new but product works well so i will be keeping .

Has its flaws but my parrot loves it!
It's good but I had to remove the tube as my eclectus couldn't get his beak in to get the food out. It was his favourite food foraging toy though. Unfortunately all the prongs that hold it on have snapped off already, make sure you don't tighten it too much so this doesn't happen. Will purchase another one!

Parrot loves it
The media could not be loaded. Superfast delivery. Easy to fill. My african grey parrot loves it. Wastes a lot of food as he only wants certain seeds 😁One fault on the design is that the funnel removes to allow filling BUT it just pushes in and twists slightly. If my parrot pulls then all food drops out. Should be a proper thread fitting to stop this. But still highly recommend
