These worked and you can cut the soles with a strong scissors, but you need a power tool to cut the heels because they are quite thick. Any cheap rubber cement will glue the replacement rubber soles and heels to your shoes.

Huge but can be cut to shape. I haven't fitted then yet.

Top marks for arriving early. However, I am a size 42 which is a UK 8 and these would be more suited to a size 12 - 13 U.K. Adult size. I purchased them because one of the reviews stated that they were thin and bendy. They are not. They are thick and rigid and I can't even trim them because you would get scissors through them.Probably better suited to resole construction workers boots.I'm disappointed from my point of view as wasted my money. The ad needs to fully describe them. Although you cannot complain about the quality because they would probably last forever.

大きめの部材を自分でカットして使用する底材です。革底の靴の滑り止め・減り防止として購入しました。かかと部分は厚いので、糸鋸を用いてカットしました。貼り付けてからカットするのではなく、あらかじめ、靴のかかと部分の型を取ってカットしてから、貼り付けることをお勧めします。また、貼り付けるだけでなく、釘打ちもした方が安心できます。厚手の靴底部材ですので、それなりに加工にこつがいり、時間もかかりますが、ちゃんとつければ、安心感は大きいです。革靴を長持ちさせたい方には良いと思います。　20/3/29　追記その後何度かリターンしています。貼り付けは、通常の接着剤よりも、シューグーを使うと良いです。最近は糸鋸であらかじめ切るのではなく、貼り付けて釘打ち後に、L型カッターナイフで切り落としています。小さなカッターやナイフでは歯が立ちません。加工にこつはいりますが、一度貼ると長持ちするので、価値はあります。

The anti-slip quality was good, howeve they were stiff and straight with no adhesive coating. I had to apply several coats of contact adhesive to the soles and the product, then clamp them until set. Even then, they tended to come unstuck because the product was so stiff and I had to repeat the gluing.
