This is the best cocoa I've ever tasted! It has a rich chocolate taste and is not too sweet. I like the fact that it dissolves in both hot and cold milk. I found it while visiting Switzerland and was so happy to find it on Amazon. It's worth the price!

This was ordered as an experiment and it’s a successful one, the taste of either cold chocolate milk or hot chocolate is so very fine with this product. Do be careful not to add any additional sweeteners, it’s perfect alone stirred into the milk. I’ll buy it again.

While on a recent trip to Switzerland, my wife and I both commented about how much better even their hot chocolate was! It's hard to describe, but I would just say it is a smooth milk chocolate flavor, with no strong undertones and not too sweet. Normal stuff you buy in the US often leaves me with a bit of a gut ache. But I can drink this hot cocoa any time and it does not leave my feeling anything in my gut, except warm deliciousness. It's exactly like the stuff we got in Switzerland!

My family has this for the first time in Switzerland over 14 years ago. We’ve been hooked ever since. There simply is no better hot cocoa than Caotina, period! It completely dissolved without any clumps like other brands, and it tastes so much better. You really taste the quality. Hard to believe this isn’t on every grocery store shelf in America. Buy some. It will rock your world (and impress your guests).

On a recent trip to Switzerland we discovered this amazingly delicious Swiss hot chocolate powder. In fact, my poor husband lugged around a bag of it for 10 days of our trip because we were afraid that we wouldn't be able to find it back in the states. Simply heat up some milk (whole milk is best, of course), stir in the powder and top with Reddi Whip. Perfection! My husband also adds it to coffee with milk for a delicious hot Mocha. I'm so glad that Amazon carries this product!

I like the product but the content inside spilled out all over

First ingredient is sugar so that already means a lot. I don’t know if that’s the case for other hot cocoa, but the nutrition fact makes me want to return it immediately (unfortunately this item is not eligible for return)
