The 710Vacs seals will stand up to heavy use and contain no glue or resin The seal is moulded for the lid - no glue involved. The lid is supplied fully assembled. The Vacuum gauge and valve manifold are not thread tapped into the lid (this always makes a weak point with a risk of cross threading). Quality Control: Prior to dispatch the 710Vac chambers are tested and held on vacuum (with the vacuum pump disconnected) for a minimum of 24Hrs. This allows us to check the integrity of the system.
