A really innovative product, unlike the other massage sticks I have tried. I am an active runner but I often get pain in my lower back, calves and feet. This muscle roller lets me adjust the configurations as I need them. So I use the large balls in the centre for my lower back, so it gets in either side of my spine. I use the smaller ones in the middle when doin my calves, so I apply more pressure to the sides of my calf rather than the centre muscle.The hand grips are rubberised too, so this really is a step up in quality from the plastic stuff I have seen in the past. Highly recommend this!

Really Clever ConceptThis Chameleon massage stick is excellent quality with grips which you can really apply pressure on. It doesn’t feel ‘plasticky’ at all - it just feels solid, compared to other sticks which have atrocious build quality.I like to work on my legs for longer after footy, particularly my thighs and lower back, and I like that i can change the configuration to really work the areas i need to. The rubber handgrips mean that I can apply pressure without hurting my hands like other rollers.Recommended 100%.

Bought this for my legs, and it's fantastic. Nearly as good as a real massage. Would be nice if just slightly longer so I can use it on my back more, as you need to be quite flexible as the stick is solid. The advantage of this is that it is very strong and sturdy.

So I've been having problems with my feet for a while now, a suspected case of plantar facilities. This along with some insoles and other remedies is working a treat and definitely a great recommendation from a physio friend.

Recently joined the gym and have been struggling with tight and sore calf muscles. This really has helped me and I'm so pleased.

Easy to assemble and very handy to be able to move the rolling parts to cater for different parts of the body. Very hard on the surface of the skin but doesn't feel like the product works deep into the muscle tissue, need to apply a lot of force to feel like it's helping.

I absolutely love this and am so glad I purchased it! I've recently started going to the gym and trying to get fit and find now and again I overdo it and my muscles hurt, especially my back due to using the rowing machine.
