Q: Hi, how many controls can be programmed in the module?

I don't remember reviewing or purchasing this either, but looking at the picture, it seems there is an A and a B control, and the description says 2-Channel, so perhaps the answer you are looking for is 2.

Q: is it work Chamberlain 41a5021?

These will work with most Liftmaster, Craftsman, and Chamberlain openers. Mine were used with a Liftmaster 1260. The mounting brackets may have to be modified slightly to position the pilot lights toward the room where they can be seen.

Q: Is this RF1527 compatible?

I bought the two pocket sized units and they were compatible with my Liftmaster garage door opener. This would indicate 1527 compatibility I believe. I previously answered that I didn't know because of the picture sent to me with the question.

Q: No installation instructions

Just cut the wires and remove the old sensor. Mount the new sensor and splice the wires to the old wires. In some cases, the mounting bracket has to be drilled in order to mount the sensor with the indicator light facing out and visible.
