I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished hair dryer, but I am glad that I took the chance on it. It looks practically brand new with the original attachments. I have 3a/3b thick curly hair. I’ve worn it short for a couple of years & now I’ve decided to grow it out. It was taking forever to air dry & was getting frizzy. It took me less than 10 minutes to diffuse my hair & I love the shine.It is a little noisy but not too unbearable. It can be a little heavy with the diffuser attachment but it’s very manageable.Much better priced than brand new & it still has a warranty.Highly recommend.

I love this for my thick wavy hair- I can diffuse and have dry hair without losing all the curl, and style smooth waves when I want to do that. A little heavy, but I love the controls, diffuser, heat/air level selections, and cool shot features.

The media could not be loaded. I was in need of a new hair dryer and while I was initially nervous to purchase a refurbished one, I’m glad I did. The power on this thing is crazy good. I have naturally curly hair and the diffuser attachment is great, I can use the high speed, which puts out some serious power, and have no issues with frizz or loss of curl pattern. It sounds about the same as my old hairdryer on high, but the low and medium setting is quite quiet. I have long hair and it takes about 15 minutes for me to diffuse it instead of the 30 it took previously. The styling brush tool is great, and I love that they are magnetic. I don’t find it to be too heavy, and while it does have some weight on it I’ll take the speed and power over a few extra ounces of weight any day of the week.

Typically don't buy refurbished products, but this one's pretty good! Solid hair dryer from Shark, just runs a bit too hot for it's lowest setting.I usually just use it for its diffuser

The dryer is a little heavy but the heat and airflow settings set your hair dry before the weight is a problem.I don’t travel with it but I love it

Used this successfully a couple of times until I turned on the heat... and immediately burned out. They're sure expensive new, but you're definitely not getting a better value if they break so quickly.

Incredibly pleased with the speed at which this dries my hair. I use the diffuser, which has two settings. My hair has always taken forever to dry. Now it takes 4-5 minutes tops. I have shoulder length curly hair and this dries every single curl. I tried the brush attachment one day. It took under 8 minutes to dry it straight. That is faster and straighter than I'd usually experience with my old blowdryer. The sound is reduced, which is a plus. If you're on the fence about this purchase, know that it's worth it! Would definitely purchase again.
