Very useful!
Very useful. I love this so much! The tubing is a little too long for where I typically use it, but looping it over something actually improves the line of suction. It’s just a little too loud to use at work, but I love it for home use.

Dispensing
At time when didn’t have in the charger it would freeze. The water wouldn’t want to pour. You would have to reset the whole thing .

Don't buy this
I bought this awhile back and just started using it. 2nd time I charged it and it no longer will dispense water. I did what product support said and it acts like it isn't charging. This really does suck. It also is not adjustable for taller glasses.

Perfect for those late thirsty night
I really don’t have too many complaints about this product. It is perfect for bedroom use when you may get thirsty. The item is rechargeable and sometimes can get stuck but with a quick reset it works fine again.

I love this ! For cold water I got a container where I could put the hose in the top, the container I leave in the refrigerator so it’s very cold, so I identify wake up. It’s on the side of my bed. I can have cold water without getting up!

Indispensable!
I love this dispenser! I have a Primo water dispenser for family use but this one is an alternate, used only for making coffee, tea, used in cooking. So easy to set up, charge and looks great in Black!!
