2 Pack Replacement Filter , FC-0195M, 5CH-502RA, PPM50SC-F2M-M

Customer service was rude and stated they have plenty of good reviews, so it must have been my fault for ordering the wrong product (NOTE: the part number matched mine and it fit perfectly into our filter slot).I wouldn't haven known better if a rep from Calspa hadn't happened to be doing a service call on our hot tub, so I'm guessing the "positive" reviews are just because people don't know better. Here's what I learned:Our water kept getting cloudy after purchasing this filter, so I kept adding more chemicals and increased our filtering cycles. When the Calspa rep heard I'd bought new filters, he knew the problem before I'd even shown him.These filters only have a single strap around the middle to keep the pleats in place. What this means is that when your jets turn on, the pleats spread apart and water is only able to get through the gap between the two pleats that have spread open instead of flowing equally through them all. You can both see and FEEL that there is less water flow going through there. The result is less water flow, less debris getting filtered, and more strain on your motors. You may think these filters are working just fine, but you're decreasing the life of your motors and putting more stain on your hot tub.I purchased one from Calspa (that has two straps near top and bottom) and the problem immediately resolved itself. You can see in my attached photo where there is a strap near the top that keeps all the pleats separated for better water flow and filtering.The response from this company was that I should have purchased the correct filter and they would not refund or replace them.

OK for filters...do a decent job for their intended purposes price is good compared to ridiculous prices at supply place.

Worked as expected, threads where a little loose compared to the Marqui OEM ones but filter just fine.

If you have a hot tub you need filters. And a two pack at a good price means less time ordering. And the filters work as they should and keep the water clean.

It's a spa filter...it works, not too exciting. Lol

These filters fit perfectly and look like very high quality with tight pleats and large surface area.

Not very happy with this as I only got 1 filter? And no follow up when I tried to find out why.
