I am beyond thrilled with this purchase so far. I do a lot of research when I buy something like this to make sure it's quality and effectiveness are worth the money and won't damage my hair. I came across this brand and was a bit skeptical since I had not yet heard of it. But the flatiron works amazingly! It does exactly what I need it to do. Straightens my hair without needing to go over it multiple times. My hair still feels soft and looks healthy after use. It does not tug or damage my hair. I like the digital heat settings. It came with a heat resistant sleeve for storage and to set the flatiron on when heating up and not in use as well. It also has a 2 year warranty that I was unaware of when I purchased this. Aside from that, the customer service seems top notch so far also. They activated my warranty quickly and reached back out to make sure I was happy with the product. All of these signs scream that I made the right choice with this purchase. Highly recommend.

I am loving my new Ella Bella flat iron. It is so easy to use and it works wonderful. I love the different temperature levels. I love the size of the flat iron. Also it is a lot larger than most. Definitely worth the price that I paid would definitely recommend this product.

This straightener tool is nothing but amazing!!!! I could have saved myself a lot of money if I had bought this first. I have unruly gray hair that I color blonde. It is shoulder length, fairly thick, frizzy hair that makes me look like a witch if I don't curl or straighten it. With this tool set at 350 I can straighten my hair in 15 minutes and I look fabulous! As seen on an internet video, I roll the top middle section of my hair with 3 jumbo rollers for a couple of minutes to give me volume and straighten the rest. I get compliments on my hair constantly! The best part, is that it stays straight for days and doesn't frizz in rainy weather. I do use KENRA Blow Dry Spray when straightening. It's pricey but makes my hair so soft and healthy looking. I feel this Ella Bella tool would work well with any hair and you'll be glad you bought it!!!Go for it...you won't be sorry!!!

I contacted customer service since I had registered for the two year warranty. I followed the instructions given and was soon notified that a new product was on its way to me. I did not need to send the defective one back. Apologies were sincere and I received follow ups inquiring how the straightener was performing. If only all customer service care operated this way! I am an extremely happy Ella Bella user once again! Thank you for standing by what you promise. *******I am a woman a wee bit beyond my “middle-age” years, whatever those are. This straightening iron works better on my thin hair than the expensive Dyson that I was using that was pulling my hair and damaging my ends. This is a great purchase, it’s light and easy to use, and heats up quickly. The customer service is great as well. Ruth the owner reached out immediately when I activated my warranty to thank me and ask if I had questions. Honestly have never had anyone reach out when I purchased hair tools before, the courtesy was nice. It really is a great value for the money as well.

Works great leaves hair feeling health,smooth and shiny. Haven't had it too long so hopefully it last a long time.
