Pagani Raviolli with Cheese & Truffle, 7.05 Oz (Pack Of 2)

First of all the raviolis are small, but that’s OK. It packs a lot of flavor. The cheese and truffle is absolutely the flavor to go with so good. I made it for my father and he loved it went back for seconds. The truffle does have a strong taste, but it’s good taste. I threw it in A recipe that I had. Takes 16 minutes to Cook so a little long, but not bad.

I empty the box into the plastic screw-top bin bulk peanuts came in, then grab a handful at a time, add as much mini wheels or shells pasta, and add 1.5-2 cups of water to boil them in the microwave before adding bullion powder and sometimes frozen veggies or canned chicken to make a quick soup. Not AS quick as just opening a can, but a lot tastier, and probably healthier too! Can also be chewed on dry if you're in the middle of a crunch time project and just have to keep going without a lot of fussing around.

For those who say "yummy" I don't get it, it was nothing but a stale floury taste, with NO truffle, or cheese taste. imagine, making this with saltines and putting tasteless product in it, I thought I was having a bad "tasting" day, but my wife 100% agrees with me. I'm Italian, and this product is an insult to Pasta. I would have given this a negative number but can't, I was so looking forward to this, but after a few bites, I couldn't finish it and I threw the second box away. Sorry. this product was BAD!!!

Cooked this with Alfredo sauce and truffle sauteed mushrooms. Yummy!

My mom isn't a fan of pasta, but she really liked this, so this is a win-win. The ravioli cooks up nicely, tastes good with or without sauce. I've tried it a couple of times - with tomato spaghetti sauce, with pesto, and with brown butter and garlic. The brown butter was my favorite way, but I'd eat it again any of the ways.

Gummy and did not taste of truffles at all.

This pasta is amazing! The flavor is balanced and offers a change of pace from the usually stand by “marinara”. Earthy!
