This case was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want a case with branding and this one fit the bill! It feels and looks like leather but it isn’t, it is a durable plastic that has protected my Pixel from a few nasty falls. It will slightly protect the display but definitely not on uneven surfaces, got one small scratch on my display when I dropped my phone on uneven concrete. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I definitely recommend it. Again, no branding, no tramp stamp - but there is a goofy camera based “Auto Focus Ultimate Experience” text etched on the back. It’s dumb, but unnoticeable.

Case feels good in hand, good grip, not slippery, and easy to install/remove. One major flaw for me, though, is the front lip is not high enough to protect the screen. If that doesn't matter to you, this is a good affordable option.

This is a nice protection for my Pixel XL 2. Nice grip on the back, solid corner protections for drops.

Great phone case. Very study and well made. It has some flexibility to it so it's easy to put phone in. The case is very classy.

This case probably functions just fine, but the red case is not red at all. It's a fluorescent pink. it's also very plastic-y instead of the leather-y feel as described. Sending back and spending more for my fancy new phone.

A little flimsy case, it's alright but not my favorite.

This is a Chinese knockoff of whatever is in the photo. This is rubbery plastic that doesn't 'lip' over the front, so it does zero if your phone is ever face down. I dropped my phone ONCE and it destroyed the screen protector. Terrible.

This is a straightforward case that does the job well at a low cost. The material is flexible, which is good given the Pixel 2 XL's squeeze functionality. It is easy to snap in and out without issue. The faux-leather texture on the back helps provide additional grip that is often missing on cases. This approach also hides any fingerprints and gives it a bit of style. If you are looking for a basic case that is easy to take on and off, you can't go wrong here.
