It was good at first time but after using for 3 times it's taking more then 1 hour to heat...worst product I ever purchased on amazon waste of money . Better buy rubber bag at least it does its job

I used it only once. After that it is not working. I filled the water and plugged in for almost 2hrs then also it is not heating up. So i must say durability is not good. Rating based on my use Looks-10/10 Relief from cramps - 10/10 Durability - 1/10 Water capacity -10/10

I was away so could not open the package. Opened last week and found the product does not work at all. Supply is ok, red light on but no heating. On further investigation, it appears that there is no gel inside so no heating. How come company supply such defective product. Wanted to return by return window is closed

I took thus a month back used 2 to 3 times, it was working fine. Then I had no use since my lain was reduced. But now I wanted again, kept for almost 45 mins charging its not heating up like how it used to be when I bought, during the first few runs it used to charged up with in 10mins. This only 4th time I'm using and it's stopped working
