Schwarzkopf Essensity Permanent Hair Color - 10-2 Ultra Light Smokey Brown by Schwarzkopf Professional

My hear and the color looks amazing. My hair it is more healty and will continue using this product because it does not damage my hair.

Frankly I am completely confused about this product. This says permanent hair color and does not say, anywhere, as of this writing..that you have to mix it with an activating lotion. Only after reading directions do I see that you need to mix with 'activating lotion' which does not come in this package. As I am writing this I have switched from a three star, to a two star, and finally to a one as I realize that this is the most bogus purchase ever. Where is the 'activating lotion' for goodness sakes. In addition to that this tube contains the toxic ingredient: phenoxyethanol (this is not mentioned on the page, at the time of this writing)
