Track spikes
These are good quality track spikes. My daughter needed replacement spikes instead making several trips to the local sporting we decided to purchase a larger quantity. It worked out great that the spikes came in a hard case and she was able to throw them in her sports bag. She was prepared and didn’t have to worry all track season.

Decent Performance, but Prone to Rust
As a seasoned track coach, I’ve handled plenty of spikes over the years. These performed well on the track, no complaints there. However, after one rainy meet, some water got into the container I store them in, and these spikes rusted surprisingly fast. While the rust hasn’t affected their performance yet, it’s still disappointing to see that level of corrosion so quickly. If you're buying these, just be sure to store them somewhere dry or consider a rust-resistant option.

Exactly As You Expected
It's spikes for Track and Cross Country. Not much more to expect. The only issue I have is with the packaging. I would recommend you use an old pill bottle to hold the spikes because the little plastic box they give you will open in a bag as it gets jiggled around.
