I don’t know exactly but my family and I have used this brand for years. We take as directed on the bottle. Bulk Supplements sells the powder form you can measure out but they are sold separately.

Hello! Though nattokinase is an enzyme derived from fermented soybeans, it has been isolated to ensure safety and purity. Extra microfiltration steps in the manufacturing process leave no functional soy or microorganism particles available for human consumption. Customers with soy allergies should not be deterred from products with nattokinase as the finished product does not contain added soy. It is, of course, always advisable to monitor oneself for any reaction if allergies are severe.
