Excellent food grade lavender!
To hopefully help someone’s searches: We used this, along with a coffee grinder, to make a copycat cold foam lavender matcha drink. A popular coffee chain was selling them, then pulled them, and now we have them at home.A little goes a long way. It smells great, blends well, and is totally edible. The jar seals well for storage and it has lasted a long time. I’m sure there are more recipes we could use, but for now the lavender matcha is working out well!

Great quality.
So far so good! I’ve used them to make a lavender tea and I use them to make lavender honey caramels. Flavor seems really good. I just have to work on how much to use as sometimes it can be a little overpowering. But the container is huge and I think it’s gonna last me a couple years.

A Wonderful Addition to Baking and Crafts
I recently bought freeze-dried lavender, and it’s been such a fantastic addition to my kitchen and craft supplies! The lavender has a lovely, fragrant scent and retains its vibrant color, making it perfect for both culinary and decorative purposes. I’ve used it in a few baked goods—like cookies and cakes—and it adds a subtle floral note that pairs beautifully with other flavors, like lemon or honey. It’s also great for crafting and DIY projects. I’ve used it in homemade sachets and bath products, and the scent lasts surprisingly long. The freeze-drying process preserves the lavender’s delicate qualities, making it easy to use without worrying about it wilting or losing potency. If you’re into cooking, baking, or crafting with natural ingredients, this freeze-dried lavender is a must-try!
