Outer is stainless steel, inner is coated with ceramic , silicon seal leaks the steam almost, loosing the steam.

The mocha pot does the job well.

A simple classic coffee maker at a great price, order a second time

This espresso maker is excellent for bringing on a camping trip or just to make espresso at home without electricity. It is very well built and easy to use. It is also very sturdy and the chrome finish looks great.

We went to Italy last year and we drank espresso made this way the entire time we were there and loved it! I have an older Starbucks espresso/cappuccino maker that does make a good cup but we can notice the difference using this ‘Any Morning’ pot. Not only that but that machine was taking up way too much real estate in my counter and this little pot takes up nothing and looks cute in my stovetop. Another major plus is we have a gas stove at home and an induction stovetop at our summer cottage on the cape and this works on that also!! It’s made well and I’ve been using it for months and it’s still working as good as new. It cleans up nicely and is easy to take with us. The pots in Italy were really(!) expensive also and so this one is a bargain and the coffee tastes just as good here as it did there, and definite better than my Starbucks machine. If I could rate it higher that five stars I would !

I housesit and go from house to house numerous times during a year. This little espresso maker is easy to take with me so I don't have to learn how to use clients' coffee makers. It takes less than five minutes to percolate on any stovetop. Also I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning, so it's the perfect size. I used to buy canned cold espresso, which was expensive. Now I buy my own ground dark roast from my local coffee roaster and enjoy a delicious espresso in record time.

I made many cycles of boiling water with no coffee to get rid of the metal smell of the water with no success. Although I’m within 15 days and I can still return the product, I don’t want to return it because I used substances like Lemon Salt to get rid of the metal smell.This is the second time to order stainless steel Moka and both have problems with the material. First one was different brand, all good, no metal smell, and I didn’t have to use any substances like Lemon Salt, I used low salt bottled water, yet it rusted after four times of use.I wonder is a high quality stainless steel Moka pot exist!
