Dirndl Trachten Haus3-Piece Long & Short Blue Dirndl Dress For German Oktoberfest or Costume

The measurements are true. Do check the size chart because I wear a 12 and got a 16. The apron is not assymetrical but that's okay.The color is a Gorgous blue as shown. The embroidery is nice and as shown.I got a lot of "you look like you stepped out of the sound of music."I wore this for a cultural heritage day at work.I am 5'11" and the skirt fell just below the knee. The top of my size 16 dress could fit a busty lady. Or smaller. The top has elastic.I wish there were pockets.

My daughter bought this dirndl to go to Oktoberfest in Munich (the blouse she's wearing in the picture is NOT the blouse that comes with it, she bought that separately). The quality is very nice, this does not look like a costume at all, it looks like an authentic dirndl.Be warned, it runs quite small. My daughter is 5'3" and weighs about 105 lbs. She's usually a size 1 or XS/S. We bought a size 6, and it fit tight (as they are meant to). She definitely could not have fit a smaller size. Luckily, the size 6 was what was on Prime, and so that's the size we ordered!

Not too bad for $160, but not a real, high quality dirndl. MUCH better than the "Halloween costume" Oktoberfest outfits available for $40-$60. One of the seams on this dirndl was opening when I got it, so I had to stitch that up. I tried ordering another to see if it wasn't unraveling, but another of the same thing didn't fit as well. In fact, I tried several dirndls from this company (same size) and they all fit a bit differently, and the dirndl crop tops underneath also all fit very differently and the quality varied. For me, the front fit rather oddly--there are no bust darts, and it sort of hangs weird where the zipper is, so I did a quickie modification so it fit my bust a bit better (44D). The embroidery is actually very nice on this, and I was complimented on the dirndl several times at a large Oktoberfest festival. A woman who lived in Germany was shocked I'd gotten this for $160 on Amazon.

The dirndl is nice material and well made, but unfortunately the lace apron was missing from the package. Without this it’s hard to tell that it’s a dirndl and not just a fancy dress. Attempting to contact seller to receive the lace apron.

Lovely quality. Apron is great. Love the short length. I am 5’1, 120 lb and usually wear a 0-2 P. I was unable to zip the top 1/2 despite using the size chart.

Beautiful dress. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear because of the measurements they listed for the sizes. It is slightly too big but certainly wearable. I would rather it be too big than too small. It is very pretty. If you're invited to an Oktoberfest party order a dress and wear it. You'll be the hit of the party! (And the seller delivered it quickly and it was packaged very nicely.)

Really pretty and surprisingly well made! Zips in the front, which I liked. Almost too short for me (I'm 5'8'), and the sleeves on the top are tight. Otherwise, a really solid product.
