This bracelet is such a great idea and concept! Quality is good too. I only wish the "gem" that the picture is in was a little larger. It's tricky to see the image the size it is. If it was bigger, I'd definitely buy more as gifts. My daughter absolutely loves it and it has a picture with special memory inside, so that's what matters!

They make great gifts.I ordered the black stainless steel bracelet, and received a thin white braided "friendship " style bracelet. The photo was correct, but as I ordered this for my husband I'm disappointed that it's not the masculine one I ordered. He still likes the photo inside, but I'm bummed. There is no available way to rectify this issue, as I've been told custom items cannot be returned, and I understand that, but I'd like the product I ordered.
