This necktie features an abstract pattern inspired by Springtime rain which showcases the versatility of the simple geometric forms that Frank Lloyd Wright loved : the circle, square, and triangle. This design was a presentation drawing created by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1927 as one in a series of 12 seasonal themes for Liberty magazine covers. The magazine thought all 12 of the designs to be too abstract and radical and never publish the images. Here they are brought back to life in beautiful silk.
