Poor design. putting the mop head on the medal frame is very difficult. Medal frame should have some spring system in the middle to shorten the frame, so it can fit easier putting the mop head. I had to bend the frame to make it work and straighten the frame afterward. I am afraid after few times to take it off to wash and putting it on again, the frame may weaken & break.

It works, but putting the mop head on the frame resulted in tearing a few stitches out, the opening is a little too small for the frame. The handle has a long, several inches, split with a rough splintery edge. It's not a crack in the wood it's a natural split, it shouldn't have been used to make a handle. I wouldn't buy this again!

This is a great mop! Been looking all over the internet for something close to this size. It's great because i needed something industrial but not too bulky like a 36'' mop. Head does take a little bit of effort to assemble but it has no effect on the sweeping and actually stays in place better than other mops I've used. The looped ends picks up dirt like a charm and doesn't fray. Very very happy with this mop.

Handle broke on 2nd use.

I was extremely disappointed at the design. It is way to hard to try to remove the cover to wash. The quality is less than expected.

Perfect for anyone with hardwood floors. Picks up dust better than anything I have ever used. The size of the mop head is just right and the handle is super sturdy. Definitely a bonus that the cotton head is washable too.

Found it impossible to put the mop head on the frame. Returning it!
