Brilliant
Tapioca is a traditional pudding and I have enjoyed it since childhood. This is a very good size and value for money. And it still tastes the same as it always has. Still the good old frog spawn from childhood. I use a slow cooker to make it in which cuts down the cost of making it. Also dried whole milk powder can be used rather than bottle milk and it still is as good. I hope you find my review helpful

Not suitable for a 'Brazilian Style' tapioca
It may be okay for other 100+ tapioca recipes, but didn't work out for a 'brazilian style' tapioca. It was too dry... I've put some water on it, but even after a few days I couldn't get it properly hydrated. If you are a Brazilian looking for a traditional tapioca, don't get this one. For other recipes, it may be okay.

grind to use as flour
This tapioca is perfect. I bought it to grind down to flour. Unfortunately the large groceries stores no longer stock it and it has become really difficult to get hold of.I bought three packs of 500g and it was easy to grind it down using a regular coffee grinder. Tapioca is one of the main ingredients in many Asian steamed pudding recipes and there is not really anything that you can use in place of it. I have previously used the same make of tapioca for tapioca baked pudding. It looks like a smaller version of Sago but it is actually totally different product. Tapioca is from a Cassava Root and Sago is from Palm stem and is much larger in size.
