This is the 2nd of these cups I have ordered I was very happy with the 1st one but sad to say the 2nd one seems to not be as substantial, and has cracked whilst pressing the lid on.I will contact the seller regarding this problem

Annoying - does not meaningfully hold 12 oz. More like 7 -8 oz. So not a nice big, cosy, comforting mug like the last one I owned but which discontinued. Moreover, if you want to use the lid to keep liquid warm, then two issues:1) cannot fill to even the 8 oz or lid will get soaked or displace liquid2) the lid sort of pops up and out with the heat.Overall, there is much to like - it DOES hold liquid warm for half an hour, where another mug would not. But it is NOT meaninfully 12 oz - so I am unimpressed.

The mug was broken to pieces on arrival. I cut my finger when I opened the box. Too dangerous to touch to send it back. I was told I cannot get refund unless I send it back.

This is an awful product. Like other reviewers my cups were broken on arrival. Both of them. Completely smashed. Really dangerous- I was lucky not to have been cut by the shards of glass. Returning the items was straightforward though - which I suspect was more due to Amazon than the supplier of the cups.

This is best mug I have bought it is quality heat-resistant glass, many are not heat resistant at all.

Almost perfect. When you put the lid on too soon after boiling water it pops itself loose. You just give it a minute and the put the lid on.

I fully recommend this wonderful mug - its a joy to use and am enjoying my coffee very much as it keeps warm longer

I had issue with original purchase. This was resolved in 48hrs with a replacement item. My glass mug is fantastic, looks great and keeps drinks hot as described. Thank you.
