Meinl FJS2SBK Foot Jingle Shaker, Black

This foot tambourine sounds great and is well built of the price.I've played hundreds of gigs with it and it is still working well (although it needed some superglue fixing after a two week tour). Overall, surprisingly durable for an affordable product.NB - you will need to use a bit of string and clip to attach it to your laces, otherwise it will kick off the foot very easily.

brilliant sound great for gigging. I bought two but one broke very quickly so i hope the other lasts a bit longer

Sounds great, pretty loud and certainly does the job, BUT, the strap doesn’t stretch enough to go round a size 10 Doc Marten boot.The manufacturer needs to use a Velcro strap instead of just elastic. I will be modifying this myself, not a difficult job but something to consider if you are thinking about this model.

How can you NOT have one of these if you're a busker/guitarist/cajon player?It's a giveaway at the price and it's well made out of wood (I think) but looks like it's actually plastic. Maybe it's the other way round?!The jingles are steel and they cut through nicely.Fits my huge size 11 feet easily with the wide elastic strap that keeps it in place.Brilliant.

It looks ridiculous, but it works! Tough and loud, you can put it in a pocket with some harmonicas, or put in your left foot with a stomp box on the right one. Be a one man band!

How does anyone get any reliable sound out of this? You really have to stomp your foot hard to get a pathetic, occasional jingle out of it. Mine doesn’t sound anything like the videos on YouTube. A very disappointed customer.

I love this and it's plenty loud for my uses. My only complaint is that the elastic is snug and my feet are women's size 9. 'm surprised this didn't have an adjustable strap like their foot shaker does but I can probably lace my shoe laces over it to secure it or make some other adaptation. Wonderful that it's made in the USA and is well made.

Se lo vi a un guitarrista en un concierto de blues y me gustó el feeling que da en algunas canciones. Lo he usado varias veces en concierto y va muy bien. No se suelta y es pequeño pero matón, se oye perfectamente en una sala normal. Lo del elástico no sé cuánto durará, de momento cumple.

Gutes Fuß-Tamburin. Schöner klang und ganz gute Verarbeitung.Ich hoffe, dass das Band einigermaßen Robust ist und hält.An meinem Fuß jedoch sitzt es sehr stabil. Es spricht sehr schnell an wenn man den Fuß bewegt.Ohne feste Schuhe tut es an meinem Fuß jedoch weh.Ansonsten alles bestens.

I am an amateur singer. I always wanted to add something with my guitar playing and singing. Using keyboard rhythms did not work very well. And I am not that tech-savvy to get all the gadgets. This serves me pretty well. I am yet to use it on stage, but a recording on the phone while tapping, singing, and playing guitar sounded very well. I am not sure if I can use for all types of songs, but that is a different story.
