Concentrated
This is a very fine powder so I don't need to use as much as it absorbs the liquid much more than the grainier versions. However, either version has a beneficial effect on the colon.

I love the taste of this powder
I think I like the taste of this product a bit too much. Other artichoke powders I have tried the taste is very bitter but this one is sweet and lovely on yogurt and berries.

Very good quality.
Very good quality. My only concern is the inulin level. Would be great to have it increased to more then 60%. I use it every morning using 2 tsp. With higher inulin level it would be only 1 necessary..

Extra fibre boost
Tried this to help me lower my cholesterol. It does have a taste which I can only describe as ‘ what raw mushrooms smell like’ if you get what I mean. Tried it with water and made me shudder. If you put it in a smoothie that would be the best option but drink it quickly. I now down it with squash and that’s a lot better. Certainly doing what it is supposed to be doing so now complaints on that front.

How I use it.
I add it to soup or stews. It benefits from a slow low temperature as it is not quickly soluble. But it is great for the gut!

It’s fantastic and it’s pure inulin
I have read a lot online before buying inulin. It has to be 100% inulin (artichoke). The moment i opened the container it smell artichoke straight away. The container was full to the top. I mix it with coffee or Decaf and works wonders! But took me a bit to get used to it.Thank you

Tastes awful
There is actually no way somebody can drink this, it tastes awful and is an awful texture in water, if it’s supposed to be mixed into water it should not be that consistency
