Medium firm, as pictured. Baby loves it
Came in vacuum sealed but pops up after opening. Faint smell, but goes away within seconds. Medium firm, holds up while baby lays on it. My 3 month old loves feeding and sleeping on it and falls asleep almost immediately after feeding or lounging. Very comfy for me to lay on too. Wish I bought it sooner (:

Soft comfortable and cool
I enjoyed being and using it . It provides me with a useful support when nursing my baby and also cool during summer hot days surprising I was not expected that . I recommend this product strongly

This is less effective than just using a typical pillow. It is way too soft!

Great dupe for Dr Brown’s Gia pillow
This is a great file for those looking for the discontinued Gia pillow. Comfortable shape for both parents to use. The cover of this pillow claims to have a ‘cooling’ fabric. Not sure if the temperature was different but the fabric is very thin, almost slippery. Only complaint is pharmadoc doesn’t sell additional covers so be prepared to spot clean a lot!

Great product! Happy with result!
Perfect for breastfeeding. My boppy was too big for my rocking chair and I could never find the right position for my baby because of it. This was perfect!

It’s a comfy pillow oddly shaped so it’s doesn’t stay well with little one on pillow for feeds
The quality is good. The fabric is comfortable. However, the type of fabric made it difficult for me to keep my little one on the pillow. He kept sliding down.

Great for first time moms,
If you were considered breast-feeding, this a great product to help you. My daughter loves this pillow.

Too tall, too slippery
Super hard to nurse with this pillow. The pillow (though comfy) is too tall so baby is too high to reach my n*pple.The fabric cover is also sooo slippery. Again, it's comfy fabric and would be awesome elsewhere. But it doesn't stay on my lap. I'm constantly pulling it back on. Between the two issues, this pillow is completely useless for nursing. Not happy.

Practical
I like them. It's light and slanted so that sometimes the baby burps on his own whilst feeding.I came back to buy a second one to leave permanently in the car.

Gute Größe, mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Kissen wird vakuumiert geliefert, geht nach dem Öffnen auf und man muss die Füllung etwas zurecht "massieren". Das Material ist ganz angenehm und es ist ein Tragegriff dran. Ich ziehe 2 Sterne ab, da das Kissen unangenehm riecht und erstmal auslüften muss. Dann rutscht es durch den glatten Stoff recht schnell und man muss es ist zurechtrücken. Man kann den Bezug abziehen und waschen, allerdings ist der Reißverschluss maximal 10cm lang und befindet sich an der schmalen Seite. Ich weiß nicht, wie man durch diese kleine Öffnung das gesamte Kissen raus und vor allem wieder rein kriegen soll.

Not very firm pillow
Not useful as a back support as it is very loosely stuffed. Has not lost creases from vacuum packing. Colour is accurate.

Different shape, material and size from described
This is smaller than I expected. I can feel the cheap material, very different from the photos. I would return if I didn’t have to pay the shipping fees. Very very disappointed!
