I ordered this product as a present for my father and never opened it till it was his birthday when he opened it 2 of the spoons were snapped and the steak block had a massive chip out of it not happy and they still haven’t contacted me back so not buy

The actual stone was smaller than I expected and we perhaps got a good 7mins of intense heat from it, after that it was quite slow but still very enjoyable.

Followed instructions to the letter 30min in the oven and I herd a bang. The bloody stone exploded In the oven. Be aware lucky It didn’t happen when I was lifting the stone out. The instructions state, This stone can’t be over heated in a domestic oven. I BEG TO DIFFER. Very disappointed.
