SunSun HW-304B White Blue Pad HW-304 Canister White and Coarse Filter Pad

This filter worked well with my canister filter. Easy to install and clean. Fit well. I would recommend these filter pads.

These pads are well cut and fit my SunSun perfectly. Sure, I could buy a roll of filter fabric and cut my own, because, you know, I like to work with scissors. Beats watching the game. For the price I would buy these every time versus making my own. Maybe your time isn't worth anything. Balance out your purchase with Replacement Coarse Filter Pad for Sunsun Super Grech Perfect HW-304, Set of 3 , as ideally you want more course than fine filters. I place a layer of two course filters at the very bottom, topped with a fine filter. Do not place a fine filter at the top (ie very top, just under the motor housing) of your stack! A filter in that location will certainly keep the particles from entering the aquarium, but a the expense of trapping the particles in the rest of your media (biolgical, carbon etc).

I accidentally ordered the wrong size (thought it was for the HW302 somehow), but with a little trimming they fit fine in my canister filter. Just be sure to double check what model your filter is before you order.

These extra filter Layers have allowed me to greatly improve the efficiency of my canister aquarium filter. I have my bottom layer filled with the course filters, then my biological media, and then a fine filter layer with a bag of activated carbon.

Really great price and does the job

fit is good, exactly what I needed. I should have bought the multi pack for a better value. I will next time.

nice,, not enough course filters

Filters purchased from CNZ Lighting were used in new SunSun HW-704B to establish new tank. Although they fit perfectly, pieces of the white filters broke loose and filled the tank with floating debris (see photos). A blue course filter and two white fine filters were placed on bottom rack, followed by a rack of bio-balls, ceramics, with carbon on the top. Update: issue seems to be white hair algae; filters are fine.

The pads are really help to keep your aquarium water clean and transparent, but better take few set in advance. Blue pads lives longer, white ones you will need to replace often if you want to maintain your aquarium well

Not at all satisfied. Very costly. Waste of money..

Needed for the protection and clarity of the Aquarium.

These precursors filtre media pads are great, makes canister filtre maintenance so easy, take out the dirty pads and simply replace with the new, how easy is that.

Well when I ordered 4 white pads and 1 blue pad I didn’t expect to get 3 white pads and 1 blue pad without getting at least 20% off for the missing pad. Good pads though.
