Self-Care Expense Saver!
I'm recovering from an injury. In order to fully recover, I have had to address all levels of the injury; including bones, joints, muscles, tendons, & skin. Paying to see the physical/massage therapist every week takes a toll on the budget; so most of the time when I'm sitting & watching the television, I'll massage on the areas that need fixing. When I'm trying to put something back where it should be, I am often confused by which way to move the muscles to get them IN PLACE instead of moving them more out of place. These charts have been a wallet saver! I can look at them for easy reference on where muscles should be. The poster aspect of the information makes it easy for me to simply look at the wall; instead of having to drag out a book or look it up on the computer. They've also helped me communicate better with my therapists about where the pain exists & where I need it manipulated. They've even helped me address the aches & pains of my family. These posters aren't a replacement for doctors; but they are useful for communicating better with doctors to better understand each other. These charts aren't just for professionals. It's important to know about one's own body for preventative health & healing. Plus, they're really cool!

Excellent for visualizing muscle groups; a must for gyms
These laminated musculature charts are excellent for classroom use and especially for gym and weightroom use. When working with students and athletes, the ability to demonstrate and verbalize what muscles and groups are being worked or are giving problems is priceless. Instead of saying "the upper back", one can say trapezius and deltoids and the student or athlete can look at the poster, visualize and immediate understand the exercise or therapy and what it works. The posters are accurate and include both male and female bodies which is useful in having understanding of the proportion and abdominal and hip girdle differences in musculature. The posters themselves are 18x30 and laminated. Printing is bold and clear and doesn't look like cheap prone-to-fade inkjet graphics. The lamination may be useful doing notes or marking target or trouble areas with dry erase marker. All told, these are excellent educational aids and prompts for gyms, schools, and health care facilities.

Great for art or science anatomical reference!
I live at the junction between art and science, enjoying both very much. This chart is perfect whether I'm illustrating a person and need a bit of visual reference for the underlying musculature, or if I'm just needing to satisfy my curiosity about how my body works. The posters are two-sided, depending on how you want to display them, and each side has excellent illustrations which appear very accurate and detailed. The posters are heavy-duty laminated paper, not cheap poster paper. A great reference and a great value.

Accurate
These posters are very accurate and well made. They are laminated and the graphics are well drawn and the colors vibrant. My roommate is in school for physical therapy so I ordered these for our office and she’s been happy for some extra study material. From the experts mouth - they are accurate and detailed and have helped tremendously for studying the muscular system! The quality and accurately of these posters make them perfect for anyone interested in anatomy! They are also double sided.

Female system not as detailed
I am interested in the human body as a woman who works out. Plus, my daughter is taking human anatomy in college next semester, so I thought these would be interesting to have. What I noticed is that there are far more muscles called out on the male system than the female one. I have a nagging pain/injury, which is called piriformis syndrome, which is a muscle in the gluteus. On the female poster, there's no mention of any specific muscles in the gluteus except the main one. I don't know what else is lacking on the female one that is only on the male one, so just know that. It isn't mentioned anywhere on the posters. It is sort of annoying that these are two sided posters, as there are different diagrams on the two sides, I can't really hang it up on the wall. So far we're just looking at it on the kitchen table, so we learn as we eat. It is great that they are laminated otherwise they would be so bent up from flipping them back and forth.

Clear, dense, and useful
Love these have them hung up right behind my desk for quick and easy reference. These are dense, there is a lot of labels here, I don't mind since I'm reading them pretty up close but I can see how that be an issue for some. Personally, this is one of my favorite purchases and you'll be sure I'll keep referencing this even after step. I imagine this would be a great addition in some offices as well as a teaching tool to educate patients.

Anatomy posters - muscular system
These muscular system posters are great. They're large, laminated, and easy to read. I like the extra detail on the sides of the poster, such as including the individual ocular muscles, etc. I remember seeing posters similar to this earlier in my medical career and they cost many times what this is being listed at -- I think this is an absolute bargain and perfect for those in the medical field, especially med students or physical/occupational therapy students.

Really Cool
These are so cool and so big it takes up a lot of space. Both posters are double sided and have the best graphics! Both are very detailed and are readable from afar. These are great for learning purposes and doctors offices as well. These are both great representations of the anatomy of both genders!
