Exceptional product in bringing relief when sleeping and not really knowing you are wearing it. Cannot praise it enough as a temporary relief from 24/7 pain. And at such little cost. Brilliant!

PACKAGING: Vacuumed packed in a clear plastic bag.PRODUCT: Memory foam knee pillow.FUNCTION: This came vacuumed packed but it did not take long for it to expand to its intended shape once opened. It appears well made. The memory foam is high density, meaning it is quite firm and the cover is plush. It comes equipped with a strap that is secured on one end via Velcro.I have very bad back pain, either sciatica or a herniated disc. I suspect this is aggravated by poor posture, particularly in bed as I tend to favor front sleeping, which I know is very bad. So I will literally try anything to alleviate the pain. However, I do not have the money to just throw at anything, so I purchased this having read some positive reviews (and with a degree of desperation).I found the leg strap (as it is) inadequate. The Velcro fastening is a little pointless. I just slip my leg in and out without unfastening the strap. Plus, the pillow does not stay in place during the night as the strap does not grip my leg sufficiently. I would have preferred to see an elasticated strap. I feel this would grip the leg better and accommodate different size legs.This also comes with a small business card that has a QR code which enables you to access the e-book. I did not find the literature very useful. The only useful information I obtained was that you should sleep on the effected side - so if you have pain running down your left side you should try and sleep on your left side, with your knees bent toward your head, and the pillow between the knees. This prevents a twisting through the lower back as your knee drops to the mattress. This made sense to me.On first use I experienced no discomfort in bed. I did find myself having to re-adjust the pillow throughout the night as it does not stay in place. I had a good nights sleep with no pain, plus it actually prevented me from rolling onto my front.However, for the first three days the pain got worse during the day. Not constant, but as soon as I bent over (even slightly) I would get a sharp, intense pain in my back that was so acute it made me cry out and my legs buckle. I considered whether the pillow was making my condition worse, or if my back was simply recovering from being abused for so long. Well, I am now on day four and the bouts of pain are less frequent although just as intense. So I do believe the pillow is helping me. Certainly I am sleeping much better.At the time of this review the memory foam knee pillow was £19.95. Yes this is a lot of money, but the pillow is well made and more importantly, it can aid with maintaining proper posture in bed. I would recommend.

This pillow is absolutely brilliant! As someone who sleeps on their side, I’ve often woken up with hip or lower back discomfort, but this pillow has made a huge difference.The memory foam is just the right balance of firm and soft, providing excellent support without feeling too rigid. It stays in place throughout the night and perfectly aligns my legs, which has significantly reduced pressure on my hips and spine.The removable cover is soft, breathable, and easy to wash, which is a lovely bonus. It’s also compact and lightweight, making it ideal for travel.If you’re a side sleeper looking for better support and comfort, I can’t recommend this enough. 5 stars all the way!

What a difference to my sleep. Previously used one of the little heart shape pillows (I have arthritis in both knees). The pillow would end up all over and I woke up quite a lot in the night as I am a side sleeper and if there is no pillow between my knees they hurt.First night with this was great. Thought I might be conscious of the strap around my knee but it is soft and I didn’t really feel it. Best of all the pillow didn’t move and I woke up less during the night.

It helps me with my sciatica, hip pain and lower back pain when I sleep on my side, however the colour I actually got was so far off the pink shown on the pictures. It's such a vibrant and obnoxious pink that it hurts to look at. I really wish I got a grey or white one instead. It's an eyesore in my room and I can't hide it away every day only to bring it out at night.

This simple device has stopped my lower back aching and improved my sleep pattern. I would really recommend it to anyone who sleeps on their side.

This knee pillow is a dream for side sleepers!It provides great support for hips and knees, making sleeping much more comfortable.Highly recommend!

Husband (80), tall and not exactly lightweight ... had suffered knee pain for years due to an injury/operation in his 30s + history of intermittent back pain despite surgery in his 40s (micro-dissectomy. More recently he had been complaining of hip pain, so we thought we'd try this pillow. This has definitely helped him enormously. The hip pain has disappeared, also the pain in his knee caused we assume by the weight of his other knee pressing against it. Amazingly, his back has also improved. The pillow has definitely helped bring his body back into alignment and only wish we'd started this simple remedy years ago! The pillow itself is firm enough, without being too firm and cumbersome, and the material a lovely soft velvety fabric. Am thinking of getting one myself as a preventative measure to avoid any sudden onset of age-related hip problems and a long, pain-ridden wait to get a new one! Can't rate this product highly enough.
