Unreliable
I found these very unsatisfactory. The insides kept breaking up after only 2 hours wear & that was BEFORE any urine leakage., this therefore made them useless for the purpose they were bought. I would not trust their reliability if I wanted to go out & feel secure & not worry about leakage. I would not recommend them.
