Very soft and plush.Helped support my sons neck upright while we held him and while in his bouncer.Great support for his neck while his neck muscles needed help and time to strengthen.

My daughter was showing signs for torticollis, so I bought this pillow before going to physical therapy for her. She’s only two months old. The problem I had with it was that it just wouldn’t stay in place and though it was stretchy, it always tried to go back to the length that it was so it was really tight underneath her arm pit and caused her a lot of discomfort so we didn’t use it for that long.

The pillow that arrived was maybe half the size that I expected it to be. The image displayed is not accurate scale in comparison to the baby.My baby is a very small skinny baby, and the pillow is so small it does nothing for her. It was a waste of money!

Doesn’t do anything. Not enough cushion to actually be effective. Also it does not stay in place at all. Giving two stars since I’d rather it be safe and unusable than dangerous.

My little boy (4 months) doesn’t really like it. However, he tolerates it for about 15-20 mins. I love it because it helps with him leaning to one side or the other and straightens his neck back up. After using about 3-4 times a day for about 15 mins each, his neck is back normal within 4 or so days.

I gave it four stars instead of 5 because I wish the straps were longer or if it came with an extender
