Excellent Smooth Energy
I'm a runner and have used various energy supplements for 42 years...that's right 42 and still going. I take this one first thing in the morning for a smooth energy and again in the afternoon before a run. I never feel "wired" but do have good energy and stamina. It does not interfere with my sleep and keeps me alert and energetic all day.

I didn't think these would work but I was wrong ...
I didn't think these would work but I was wrong. Just one last mr all day and gives me plenty of energy to keep going. I'm disabled due to an oilfield accident and have been laid up for over a year so my energy level was low. These Goal Energy pills help me get things done around the house. Effective but Intense
These are true to their name, their effect is Extreme.I can see why these would be too much for many people but they can be great for energy and exercise when used appropriately. I am 6'1" and weigh 170lbs and one pill can be a little intense for the first few hours. I would definitely not recommend these for people much smaller than me. I would also recommend taking these after eating plenty of food. I have a pretty iron gut but, even after food, these can sometimes induce some mild gastric distress.

this stuff is by far the best energy supplement I have found in recent memory
This stuff is the ONLY energy product that, if too much is taken, actually gave me the jitters. I am usually very immune to energy supplements and can sleep after taking them. Not this stuff! In fact, word to the wise, be sure you are not vexed with heart trouble. If so, get the advise from a competent medical doctor before taking this or any energy supplement. if you don't have heart or health problems, this stuff is by far the best energy supplement I have found in recent memory.

They work for energy and appetite suppression but give me a bad headache/nausea and feeling of anxiousness
As noted in the title, these do give me some energy but also an unpleasant hot flush, bad headache and a feeling of anxiousness. I'm pretty sure the Yohimbe Bark Extract is causing this since it doesn't happen with pills that are only caffeine. I've take 4 of these on different days and the same thing happens.
