Stopped working after 3weeks!
So at first I was shocked how chunky it was compared to my last slim one but I was happy because it was definitely strong & sturdy! I was able to ride so far up to 42km on a straight road which is roughly 25mph & it can go faster. It’s an extremely smooth ride and can handle any kind of road. But it stopped working whilst I was riding to work…. To contact IENYRID is a nightmare! I wanted simple step by step instructions to fix it myself but a week later still no joy so I’m forced to send back and maybe buy a whole diff brand…

Very good customer service
No matter how tight you do the handle bars it remains loose and wobbly... However ienyrid have contacted me and has resolved the matter... They didn't have too as it went past the date. And look after Thier customers... So if you find any problems they will do there up most for there customers. Just contact them they're there to help. 5 star customer service. And the scooter itself is 5 stars too.
