Does this come in a safety sealed package?

None of mine have so I ended up canceling my subscription. I am leery of using any make up that comes unsealed.

Yes, it’s amazing. Don’t let it dry before you put your mascara on. You will need makeup remover to get it off at the end of the day.

Does this strengthen weak lashes? Why titanium dioxide? Harmful!

Ingredients list says fragrance. 1. Why do they do this? 2. Is it strong?

To be completely honest with you, the Volume Booster was so gloppy... I threw it away. I don't remember a fragrance but it could have one.
