Very easy to use and works very well to remove kitten hair.

Someone recommended this in a cat forum. As owners of a tabby moggy, a british blue and a ragdoll, all of whom shed even after rigorous brushing, this is a godsend. I use it mainly on the carpets and curtains. To get most of the fur, we rub it back and forth so the fur rolls up into little bundles which we then pick up. I only give it four stars because the cover at the other end of the case keeps popping off even when there is not much fur in it. Other than that, we love it!

I had bought a cheaper version of this, but it was so frustrating to then scrape the lint off and never cleaned properly. This strips off all of the grossness when you put it back in and collects at the bottom. It says it’s for fur, but I have no fur to remove, it’s just generally great for lint and dust especially for velvet sofas. It’s very sturdy, but also bends to the curves of cushions. Easy to remove lint and all and easy to store as it stands upright. So glad I got this.

I bought this for my parents to replace an old brush-style one they had that I broke. I think this fur lifter is great but it fits so tightly into it’s cleaning sheath that you need quite a lot of strength to pull it out. Both my dad and I struggle to pull it out but my mum can’t manage it at all. She doesn’t have arthritis, she’s just in her 80s.

Very easy to use and works better than I thought

Arrived fast.Was happy to get a new 1 of these and decided to go with a brand i knew of 'oxo' however the normal size wasnt in stock so i went for the bigger furniture size.We have a couple different dehair brushes, as got blue merle collie and a huskyXcollie...and 3 kids... and i HATE loose hair 🤣 ... and 1 of our old brushes had broke at the handle, so cant really use... when this arrived, i couldnt wait to use..but then was VERY disappointing...The handle MOVES ...i mean, WHY?? that makes the thing feel less quality, specially when pull out of its tube, like the handle wil eventually break at the hinge joint...In my case, have a flex in the handle is a bad way to go and makes it more akward when using.Not happy!As for collecting 'hair' etc... its OK ... but id rather try find 1 of my old ones than use this with this type of handle..

I have a long hair cat and he puts hair everywhere, and this brush is the best one to clean my surfaces and clothes. There is no point going to a cheaper version/off brand version of it, they just won't be as good as this oxo one.After a few months, the orange fabric part of the brush does get a bit clogged up with dust, especially if you use it on fabrics like rugs and curtains, and it might need a proper clean to get the orange part working at its best again.

We’re a household with three cats. They all refuse to use the beds we’ve bought for them and insist on curling up on our bed!We’ve has cheaper lint rollers before and gone through dozens of the sticky paper ones, but this Oxo one is definitely worth the investment.It glides easily over furniture and bedding. The best part is the hair just catches in the bottom and you open it to empty when full - no more trying to peel off those sticky strips on the rollers or wetting your fingers to remove hair from the cheaper brands!
