Marion Hair Dye Shampoo Bag Semi-Permanent Colour 4 to 8 Washes with Aloe and Keratin

The media could not be loaded. So easy to use. Way better than normal hair dye. I had brown roots and redish ends left from a permanent hair dye I used last year. Wanted something to cover greys and hopefully blend it that didn't mean sectioning the hair ect. Applied to to damp hair (washed first and towel dried) and it was so easy. No dripping one applied and waited 45mins so took longer to wash out. Hair felt lovely. I chose cherry red. Very impressed as I had dark brown hair. 1 sachet did the whole hair. Just need to see how long it lasts for :) but very happy

I dyed my hair copper and have been struggling to get to my preferred shade. So many copper depositing end up turning hair red or dark. This was absolutely spot on and what I've been trying to get my hair too for months. Love this more then the colour I left the salon with. It left my hair incredibly soft after I washed out and then conditioned. I left in on during a long shower maybe 20mins. (Keep in mind this is a shampoo so condition afterwards)The only other orange based option I've had success with was the schwarzkopf Chroma mask in copper but it isn't as long lasting as this. And I prefer the colour left by this. Everything else I've tried has gone red. So highly recommend. Will be buying more. I also only used 1 packet. I have long hair but fine and alot of it. I probably could have done 2 packets(borderline) but to be honest happy with how 1 turned out.

It’s a great easy quick fix but it is more or less permanent. Clings to light/grey hair and can’t be removed so I’ve got to let mine grow out. If you want a cheap and easy way to cover greys then great but the same as any other permanent colour, you’ll need to use every 3 weeks. I mixed Chestnutt and titian and it was a beautiful colour but I think it’s time to grow out the grey!!?

Since I wrote below the company that makes it Marion Cosmetics admitted they can't get it out - I went to hairdresser who tested a strand and it want colour over either. Only bleach would remove the colour at a cost of £170 as it will have to be recovered over the white bleach and possible cause damage to my hair. £170 to correct what this did to my hair!!!! DO NOT PUT THIS STUFF OF YOUR HAIR. It is too unpredictable and there is a high chance you wont get it out. It has ruined my hair - don't touch with a barge pole - get another make of wash out but not this one. You have been warned. I used the nut brown many times so decided to try mahogany. Washed it in and my hair was purple - aubergine purple on the grey roots - so a band right around my head of about an inch as if I put a head band on. Thought OK it will wash out so washed it - no color came off ( usual color comes of if only water so much as gets on it). Tried again nothing. I had a band of aubergine where my grey were all around my hair - felt ashamed walking around as it was plan to see and I could not disgues it - my fringe also have the band. Tried washing again - shampoo still white no color coming of it was like permanent dye. I have since ( for two months at least) - used two boxes or hair dye stripper max strength - did not touch it. Anti-dandruff shampoo - did not touch it. Bicarb - did not touch it - washing up liquid -, did not touch it. It's literally unmovable and I have very long hair so it will take years to grow out. Considering suing as it has ruined my hair and is far from 4- 6 washes - I have regrowth of about an inch and still got a stripe of aubergine - makes me feel disgusting and looks cheap. I try covering it over with nut brow and still the aubergine shows through. Godness knows what it actually is as it aint hair dye as the two times I tried dye stripper my old permanent colors came off but not this nor does washing lift anything - its disgusting it is being sold as wash out and something needs doing about it as I am really angry at how it have ruined by hair and my Summer as I feel ashamed. Use anything else but this rubbish.

I LOVE this item! I’ve been on the hunt for another temporary hair dye after Harmony stopped (again!!) making theirs and I’ve used up my stash. This is brilliant. I left it on for 45 minutes and it completely covered my greys. I think it looks more natural than a permanent dye and there’s much less damage to your hair. I’ve tried several other temporary colours on my search and this is by far the best. As well as covering my greys my hair is beautifully shiny. Brilliant product!

Be super careful and test this on your hair as it does NOT come off. Mine went super dark with a ton of red, not at all what I wanted and despite shampooing twice each day it’s not fading (got rid of my greys at least). It’s left my hair in good conditioner but I wish I had tested it as it’s not at all a colour I like and I worry that my normal hair colour is gone as it isn’t fading, just getting more and more red! I just wanted to cover greys a couple of times a month and wish I hadn’t used it now

Excellent. It is so difficult to find a ‘rinse’ for hair as opposed to a ‘dye’. Great find. Please keep them coming.
