Tea is a very subjective thing. Regular tea bothers my stomach, and I find most herbal teas to be disgusting. For me, this is a pleasant tea which does not irritate my digestive system. It is mild and subtle, with a pleasant aroma.

This was good tea! I drank two tea bags every night before bed for as long as it lasted. The only complaint I had at first was that I didn’t quite appreciate that the fennel flavor overpowered any of the other flavors, but I grew to accept and even appreciate it eventually. I also really liked the tin it came in. As far as a calming effect goes the tea seemed to be as effective as I needed it to be, and it was overall great for the small price I paid for it. I have since found a cheaper tea with a similar function from the Amazon grocery brand but I would absolutely buy this again if it came down to it.

This tea helps me to wind down in the evening and sleep better. I add a little raw honey to it and I enjoy the mild flavor.

Perfect smell and taste. I can't say For sure it will help you with sleep. Especially if you have sleep disorder. But a least it is nice taste.

...as a choice before bed. There is one ingredient is more savory than some of the other sleepy teas, but it's not horrible. It's a nice heavyweight tin that will be useful when I finish the tea.

This tea definitely is super relaxing. Once I go to sleep I am knocked out. However, I have a hard time relaxing and actually getting to sleep at times. I take this and mix it with a Magnesium supplement and within 30 minutes or so I am relaxed and in the mode to go to bed.
