Beautiful laptop, HOWEVER
I researched alot of laptops before deciding on this one.Sadly, as stated in other reviews, overheating is a big problem (I keep mine on a proper laptop tray to try to get round it, but during heatwaves I've had to point a fan directly onto it or just turn it off for fear of it going ka-boom!!In addition, and in some respects this is even worse than the overheating(!), Bluetooth regularly DISAPPEARS off the device, meaning I can only use it as a desktop computer basically and plugged into the broadband, which is ridiculous for the price I paid!!!Other issues were the lack of ports. On Currys/PC World's website (where I got mine) it stated that there was an SD slot, and this was important to me as I do alot of photography. It was in fact a MICRO SD slot only, which was of zero use! In the end I had to buy an Anker 7way port thing that cost me more money on top of the laptop. It's very pretty, but HP you've let me down this time round!!!!
