The Teclor weight bench is a super product to have at your household for at home exercises at your own convenience.Mine came very quick and it was very simple to assemble by looking at the instructions. This product is very light and compact to carry around and can be easily folded and stored anywhere at home. One can change the seating arrangement to whatever exercise you decide to do on your own time. You can leave it flat and do some bench presses or even crunches. Or pull the back part up into and you can do your routine while watching tv like on a chair. I have not had any stability or durability issues using it at 6'3" 250lbs. Or just laid back like at the beach but at home!!Perfect and great product! Would recommend to my friends and others!!!! 5 stars! Sturdy and worth your money!

I bought this workout bench for my home gym because it was one of the cheapest adjustable workout benches I could find on Amazon that had good reviews. I have to say I am very satisfied with it. Assembly was refreshingly simple. The cushion is reasonably comfortable and it seems very durable so far, it doesn’t feel like they skimped on the build quality or anything at all. The legs are very stable, and honestly it’s a pretty sleek design aesthetically. I mean, it pretty much fits all my needs, I use it for my bench press and also for incline/dumbbell exercises. If you are like me and are just looking for a very affordable but reliable workout bench for home use I don’t see any reason to spend more. I would definitely recommend this product.

Space saver and great abs training machine. Folding is easy. Very sturdy but I only weigh 120 pounds so keep that in mind

For the price, it’s a really good beach. A little bit on the shorter side, but I’m 5’6, and it’s perfect for me. Assembly is incredibly easy, only takes 20-30 minutes. Folds up to save space, and not overly have, so you can move it around. The biggest draw back is the pins that hold it together are not hooked to the bench, so you’ll have to keep up with them. It has several really good settings, adjusts to decline, flat, and several angles of incline. Feels pretty sturdy from what I’ve used. Don’t know if I’d take it to it’s 700lb limit, but for home workouts using dumbbells, I think it works great!

For the price and simplicity it’s decent. I’m not a huge person but it works great for my size. I actually like it that it’s a simple adjustable bench. Too many of these things are trying to be the whole gym for every exercise. So it’s not top of the line at this price. It’ll suit my needs for now. They only part that seems like it will fall apart is the foam pads on the seat portion for legs.
