I wasn't expecting the range to be good. However, excellent range. Receiver (bell) works a good distance from the call button

Great product
Been looking for an alarm for my dad who is not well..we were worried in case he had a fall or something...he lives across the road from us...this alarm is a god send...it works brilliantly so puts our minds at rest...

Not suitable for SOS.
Only 2 of 3 transmitters worked. Too many dead spots inside a small flat. Not suitable for SOS. The alarm doesn't sound for long enough to wake a carer from sleep. All in all pretty much useless.
