Hello, the 2019 calendar was folded in the envelope. There is no metal strip.

Are these made on the USA?

No, package starts with USA but then says under that says Made in China

What is the difference in the large to extra large size? The discription give the same size for both.

The size of these two 2021 Yearly Wall Calendar are the same.
