Marvelous!
Since the beginning of “the Big C”, my once sturdy and time/element resistant hands began to exhibit redness and rashes with all the hand washing and anti-bacs we were ordered to use. It was brutal. My hands were peeling, itching, red and so painful. I developed dermatitis. Not pretty. I got some relief with an herbal remedy, but it did not clear it up completely. I tried lots of products over the two and a half years of “the Big C” (with varied results, Nursem came close) and I was still suffering bouts of dermatitis off and on. In yet another frustrating search I found this product. I bought it based on the reviews, not expecting much (as other products I had bought previously had also been favourably reviewed). Within one application, my hands felt instant relief. Within two days, all the pain and itching and redness was gone! Now, every time, my hands get irritated, I reach quickly for the tube of Cica Mains. This stops my reaction completely. (The smaller tube fits perfectly in one’s handbag for travel). Very effective product, indeed! Hope you find relief with this as well. Worth every penny and it won’t take a huge amount of applications to work its magic. Oily or not (one criticism someone had) it works. I found it to be a nice consistency and it was not oily on my hands at all. (Shake the tube before applying, maybe?)

Excellent and good on my sensitive skin
Excellent hand cream, You only need a very small amount though as can feel greasy, maybe a little expensive but will last a while been great on my dry sensitive skin.

Good, bit pricey
This is great for very dry hands. I would ignore the comments about it being greasy, it rubs/soaks in very quickly. Some people make out like they had an oil slick on their hands for 48 hours! There is even a one-star review about the ‘smell’. There is no smell. My only reason for continue to look for the perfect hand cream is that it is expensive for a very small tube. It doesn’t last very long and it’s also difficult to get the last of it out.

The best hand cream
This is the best hand cream I've tried (and I've tried a lot!), it seems a bit expensive but in fact a little goes a long way. If your hands are very dry, use Gloves in a Bottle at the start of your day and this Roche Posay one before bedtime and honestly your hands will be super soft within days. I use this cream before bedtime,, particularly in winter months, and it keeps any dryness at bay. It's not over greasy, it has no scent (a plus for me) and it feels like a tonic for hands the minute it goes on.

The best hand cream I’ve used
This effective but no-frills hand balm saved my chapped hands when nothing else did. I tried lots of other far more expensive and fancy creams, and this was the only one I was impressed with. It’s a semi-transparent balm that you work into the skin but it’s much softer and easy to absorbed than the Norwegian brand one. It continues to moisturise even after a few hand washes, so you don’t need to reapply it often.Personally, I’d love it to be scented, but that would compromise its effectiveness for those sensitive to those chemicals.

Brilliant product
Because I suffer from contact dermatitis, my skin needs a little more than your typical hand cream. This has a silky, very slightly emollient feel to it, hardly any scent at all and it does the job for me. It isn't totally absorbed by the skin which is what I need, as creating a barrier for the skin is what prevents itching and irritation. Definitely recommend

Overall great product
I get dry patches/eczema on my hands most of the time and I’ve tried a lot of different hand creams. This one is genuinely great, it’s absorbed/dry instantly, it stays after washing your hands and in less than a week a flare up is hardly noticeable.

Mediocre product
Not a hand treatment to use during the day as it’s really heavy, but it’s ideal for night time use when going to bed.All in all, it’s OK but not great. O’Keefs working hands is much better and can be used throughout the day. I didn’t see results that were any better using this, than when I used O’Keefs working hand. So, I probably wouldn’t buy this again as it’s only ideal for a nighttime treatment and essentially you’re paying for the name and not much else. In which case, it’s cheaper and just as effective to soak hands in warm water, cake them in Vaseline petroleum jelly and put on cotton gloves.
