Tovolo81-3330 Glide-A-Scoop Ice Cream Tub, 1.5 Litre, Silicone, Raspberry Pink

I bought a Cuisinart ice cream maker and needed tubs that will store the ice cream properly. These do the job so well and look good too. They are robust, easy to clean and the shape makes scooping out nice round balls of ice cream so easy. Love them, have 2 and will be getting a 3rd in a different colour so I know which of my homemade creations is in each tub :))

These are great - I have two in different colours so it is easy to identify which flavour is in which. They seem to take up less room in the freezer than traditional ice cream tubs, and the shape makes is so easy to use the scoop and make nice curls or scoops when serving up. The double insulation means that you don't get the ice crystals in the same way as 'normal' tubs. Easy to wash up as the inside comes away from the outer shell. Lid fits really well. I think they are great.

After buying a ice cream maker, I decided to buy this as a way of storing the ice cream. It works really well and keeps the ice cream in a good state. I gather sometimes the ice cream can get crystals in it, which we have yet to see ourselves with this container.When combined with this ice cream scope, the Midnight Scoop - Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop. Which works by pushing the ice cream scoop along just one direction.Things to bear in mind, is that it came from Australia, so took quite a few weeks (4+ so be patient), may have come by ship?The company responded quickly to my queries about the whereabouts of the product, and the potential for delay.

Great for home-made ice cream, easy to wash and store really well and neatly. Much nicer and more durable in the freezer than tuppaware. One star off since I feel they're not great value at current price, would be five stars if less than £10 for sure

I make a lot of home made ice cream and have four of these tubs now. Having different colours means it is easier to know which ice cream is in which tub (as I don't want to write on them as my flavours change regularly!) The shape is perfect for scooping out of and they seem to take up less room in the freezer than a standard square tub. Easy to wash up too. They are double walled so this reduces the ice crystals on the ice cream, and the two parts separate easily for washing. The lid is a good tight fit.

I really liked the product. It had a long length for scooping and fits well in the freezer. The lock to get the top off is superior to other brands. As a product it's great but the postsge/delivery charge is extremely expensive to the UK.

Brilliant well worth the money. I bought this as I had treated myself to a good ice cream maker and wanted a tub that kept the ice cream nice and soft and not icy and it works a treat can highly recommend I will be buying more.

Sturdy with a lid that removes easily. Would definitely purchase again.

I really liked that its long so when you scoop it up, its like a continuous roll.Its good for those small machines that make like a quart at a time.We bought a few of them and we still have them around. Its been a few years.

Wow! This is a perfect companion gift (for me) gifting my fav Ice Cream Maker to all the families this yr, along with this little freezer container. It fits in the door! no taking up precious space in the freezer *esp during the holidays. the insulation keeps the ice cream so perfectly cold yet not frozen, so easy to serve. in a great washable cute little package. . . . . . If you love ice cream and hate how boxes get all messy just transfer it here, or if like me, and make your own ~ this is a fabulous gift for the family........getting a couple more. love it.

Me encantaron, como siempre Tovolo es muy buena marca y no me decepciono. Si te tomas el tiempo de hacer helado en casa vale totalmente la pena.

I really love the Tovolo 2 1/2 quart ice cream containers. They look great and I like the colors that they come in. The containers are convenient to use with the snap-on lid that fits securely and don't leak when frozen. I love the shape of the contaners, it makes it easy to stack and store in the freezer. The built-in handle is a great feature as it makes them easier to move when they are full. They are also made with BPA-free plastic, so you can be sure that they are safe to use and store your food products. In overall, they are perfect for storing and freezing homemade ice cream and I would definitely recommend them.
