I liked the Jacks and thought they did a good job for the routine tasks to lift cabinets, appliances and other odd items when working by myself.

Used to repair a gutter. Spread it out like a champ. Also moved gutter out from house to get to the back side.

I used it to assemble heavy furniture safely and saved hundreds of dollars hiring someone to help. One of my all-time favorite Amazon purchases.

This product is garbage and could not even hold up 50lbs before it started to bend. The 2 main problems I instantly discovered was 1) does not support the weight the description claims because the metal is weak and made from inferior quality metal(if you want to call it that), and 2) the legs that are supposed to go under furniture are way too short. There's no way to get this tool under the average sofa with cushions just to lift it up to vacuum under. I tried this on a typical sofa, a refrigerator castor corner, and it does not fit at a 90 degree perpendicular under these items. It will fit under EXPOSED legs on furniture, as long as the leg or side panel(of a washer/dryer for example) is 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground and not inset into itself. Otherwise, the legs of the tool are too short to grab ahold of anything.This product was tested to the best of my ability for the common things that I thought it was supposed to be able to do, and it FAILED. I also tried using it as a clamp to squeeze two pieces of wood together and that works just fine. But I would not pay $20 for a clamp, when you can buy one on Amazon or at the local hardware store for $5.NOT RECOMMENDED.

One of the lifts in the box works perfectly, but the other one does not hold tightly and falls back to the bottom within a minute or less. I would like to know if there's a way to tighten the slipping lift without having to return the two and reorder a new set.Update to the previous review: The vendor contacted me immediately by responding to the review that I wrote and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. The vendor's solution to my issue is totally acceptable and exceeded my expectations!I would have no qualms about purchasing and recommending their products in the future.I have updated my rating to 5 stars as a result of this.
