Metagenics Methylated Complex - for Homocysteine Metabolism & Energy - with Active B12, B6, Folate & Betaine - 90 Capsules

I'm taking these to help boost my energy, which I have successfully been getting from the B Vitamins. I've also been taking these to help with cognitive function and to help balance my neutrotransmitter levels in my brain, and it seems to be working, as I'm feeling happier overall and more motivated in work, and with getting things done in and around the home. Easy to swallow capsule, you take twice a day which is about 6 weeks. They seem to be working so far, so I'm going to keep taking them, and I'd recommend them.

These are small easy-to-swallow tablets. The benefits of methyl folate, B12 etc are that such formulations are highly absorbable and if you are taking NMN, it will help the body far more than normal Folate. I can feel a major difference when I take this supplement. It is excellent and it works very quickly. I take it with a B vitamin complex. This is a well-priced vitamin product, it works and I am happy to recommend it.

Not sure what else to say about these other than that they seem reassuringly well packaged, and fairly priced. Since incorporating Nutri Advanced Methyl Complex into my daily regimen, I've experienced improved energy levels, mental clarity, and mood stability.

Very good. It has definately made a difference to my health. I only need to take one capsule a day now.

Decnetp rice for something like this, and it has vitamin B12 and 6 which is really nice too!

I can’t tolerate taking 2 a day as it makes me feel a bit jittery after a few days. I find 1 is absolutely fine. Increases my energy without the jittery feeling. I am happy with the supplement but I’m not sure I’d buy it, as I prefer a B complex with the entire spectrum of B vitamins not just a select few. Taken over a longer period it could cause potential imbalances.
