On the whole, I really like this pad. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, moving the mouse does make a noise with this metal pad, as is only natural as plastic scrapes along the metal; that doesn't bother me at all, as the smoothness and accuracy more than make up for the slight noise. My only complaint is that the bottom material is so thin that it doesn't completely prevent the pad from moving around a bit on my wood desk. I may order a second pad to take to work, as it does work so well with an optical mouse and is so easy to clean compared to any other mouse pad I've used.

My mouse “glides” a lot better than it did on my fabric pad. I do a lot of video and graphic editing, so I need to make the tiniest of movements with my mouse sometimes, and this aluminum pad definitely keeps me steady. It had some sort of sticker on the front and now there’s residue left over, which is a bummer. Also, I live in Michigan so sometimes when I sit down to use my computer this pad is FREEZING cold to the touch. It has caught me off guard a few times. Awesome pink color! Slick and modern looking.

I had been using everything from cloth and plastic mouse pads even thin cutting boards. This seems great. I've had it for 5 hours and playing BF4 and so far so good. I wish it was just a tad bit larger but over all this seems like a great mouse pad for $10

I've been using this mouse pad for several months on a daily basis and it's held up great. I use a projector from my television and computer and needed something that worked for my mouse on the arm of my sofa. This mouse pad works perfectly and will probably last forever. Some of the paint is starting to wear off where my palm rubs on it but it sees a lot of use so it's actually much less than I expected. The finish may have faded a bit there but there is absolutely no chipping or flaking and the area where my mouse rubs looks new. I would recommend this mouse pad to anyone looking for something more solid and stable.

I re-ordered one from the same company that I purchased from 3 years ago, and who assured me it was the exact same model...WRONG!!.....the first one had a surface like glass, this latest one felt like 36 grit sandpaper....I ended up returning it

This mouse pad is badass. Only gave four stars because I think they could use a better rubber type of material on the bottom in order to prevent it from sliding around. It's not bad, but just something to note

Very pretty however it makes a sliding noise every time I move my mouse. I would not buy this again.

This mouse pad is great. Easy to clean. It does produce sound when moving the mouse but not enough to annoy me. My mouse has little plastic pads underneath that do not cause much sound. Also, my mouse sensitivity is good enough that I do not need to move the mouse far at all, so hardly any sound at all.
