difficult to know if it works...
This review documents my own personal experience with this product only. This is a food supplement that is advertised as improving one's immune system. Beta glucans, the primary ingredient, is accompanied by a nice selection of minerals and vitamins. The inclusion of beta glucans means this is not to be mixed up with other multi-vitamins.The capsules are fairly easy to swallow, and leave no significant after-taste.Taking them daily, it's a bit like carrying an umbrella in the hope that it won't rain. So I cannot say for sure whether they "work" or not. I will discuss it with my nutritionist at the end of the month and then decide whether to continue or not.

Top End Expensive, so should be AMAZING!
When buying any supplement there are a few things to consider and one is value. The price of these is around £29 for 1 month. Considering the ingredients then it may appear good value. However most people with a reasonable diet could at least equal the amount of ingredients these supplements offer. Having taking certain products like this for many years, I find it interesting that the quantities seem quite small. The vitamin D level for instance is around 1/8 of many brands advertised on Amazon. There is of course nothing wrong with that since as stated above, most people will get adequate amounts from their diet (aside from vitamin d).But adding more of the same, means you could be excreting the supplement through sweat and urine that you do not need. The exception would be vitamin D since we all need this especially in winter if most of us are covered up however even this amount seems tiny.My biggest gripe however with this product is the lack of information regarding certification for third party testing or even GMP standards. For this amount of money I would have preferred to have the peace of mind of those to at least be reassured that we are getting what is advertised. Also we are not told if the product is Organic, GMO free or Gluten free either.Since the product is high priced end range, I suspect it is fine. But would still prefer those certificates.

Expensive but seems good quality
I've taken in the winter to picking up packets of immune-boosting vitamins and supplements whenever I'm feeling rundown. I have no evidence to say whether they're helping or not, but as a vegetarian it's good to feel like I'm doing something to help with my diet. The price of these immune boosters is pretty high, given that they only last for a month. Normally if I were paying this much I'd look for something manufactured in the UK, where I'm more confident that UK health and safety guidelines have been followed. It looks like the Norwegian manufacturer has been making variations on these for a while, so it's probably fine. I can't say whether they've helped me to feel less ill, but I haven't caught anything drastic while taking them.

Decent vitamins slightly overpriced
As the weather is cold. And it's quite easy to get sick now strengthening your immune system is quite important. So for a quite high price, you get a one-month supply. Capsules are decent since and with water they go down easily. The supplement ingredients are quite good. You get a variety of vitamins in it such as Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Zinc etc. All of these together help not just your immune system but as well helps with overall health.Overall it's a good supplement, with a variety of different vitamins and minerals in it. However, the price could be a bit smaller for my liking. At least you should get a two-month supply for a such price.

Easy to swallow with a good BB date.
The pills have a good BB date, mine being two years away. The shape makes them easy to swallow. I suffer from a very dry mouth which makes it difficult at times to swallow pills but I didn’t have any problem with these. We always have to take it on trust that pills like this help but these have a lot of good ingredients that will give a boost. Well worth trying.

Comprehensive combo, though quite expensive
The amount of beta glucan per capsule is lower than some sources recommend, but probably enough to be effective. The amounts of vitamins and minerals are generally about right; Vitamin E is rather high, but this is confirmed by the NHS as one of the vitamins where the body stores any excess for future use.Norway is given as the country of origin – no surprise, as much of the copy on the pack is in Norwegian – so it’s safe to assume it’s made there. At approaching £30, expensive for only a month’s supply, and probably more the type of product you’d want to take in the winter/short-term for increased immunity.NB beta-glucans are generally not recommended if you are on immunosuppressant or antihypertensive medication.
